If you live in Leicester or Leicestershire, we've got Pilates classes for you!
At PilatesFitness, we run small and friendly Pilates classes. This ensures that you exercise safely, avoiding injury, and get feedback on how you are doing! By continuing to attend the classes, as well as getting stronger, you will develop body awareness and learn the correct focus of each Pilates exercise (which is often different from what you might expect)! All this is essential to obtain the results you want and deserve!·
Unless specified otherwise, all of our timetabled classes (below) are open to everyone, no matter what your gender, faith and (within reason) fitness levels and age! If you require a class targeted for a specific population (e.g. sport-specific or ladies only), please contact us to discuss your requirements. We are happy to run custom, targeted Pilates sessions on demand.
