The reality of GM
86% of us have said that we don't want to eat GM food. New GM labelling laws say that food or animal feed containing a GM ingredient or derivative over 0.9 per cent must be labelled as containing GM. But this isn't good enough.
Many are not aware that genetically modified food is funded by drug companies like Pharmacia and large, well-known corporations such as tobacco giant Phillip Morris, which owns Kraft Foods. Contact your supermarket to ask them to stop selling GM food
Avoid processed food like ready meals, where you are most likely to find GM ingredients.
