Why do Fitness Sessions Online with You?

Why Online?

Online sessions:

  1. give us more flexibility in terms of day and time,
    independently of venues being available or rush hour traffic jams.
  2. generally work best for people who have done similar exercise before
    or who have a certain fitness level.
  3. are not the same as "following a youtube video" or "DVD workout"!
    (these give you NO feedback on your technique.
    You may even have chosen your type or level of workout incorrectly)

Online fitness sessions are like regular fitness classes with a qualified trainer, but taken online.

General considerations include:

  1. Health questionnaire and disclaimer to be signed before training is to begin
  2. Always ensure you tell your trainer of any chronic health issues or if you are feeling unwell on the day (BEFOREHAND).
  3. Ensure you have enough free, uncluttered space for the type of activity at hand
  4. A non-slip mat may be required (depending on the activity)
  5. Suitable footwear and clothing to be worn
  6. Country of normal residence matters. If you don't normally live in the UK, please let us know!

Why Should I Exercise with You?

Emanuela has always been interested in fitness, having studied Judo and played volleyball in her teenage years. She did gym training and aerobics during her first degree, then added spin, five-a-side, resistance training, functional training, yoga, tai chi, kung fu and more... She started practicing Pilates in the year 2000 and has been teaching it non-stop since 2003.
She also teaches Yoga and Tai Chi and is a qualified Personal and Rehab Trainer as well as an experienced Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist

If you, like me, want to exercise to feel good in your body and mind, and be healthy and fit now and in 10, 20, 30 years time (and beyond!), then work out with me (and Gabrielle)!

Gabrielle, having retired from her professional career, may technically be a "senior citizen" in age terms, and yet her performance is anything but! A long-time and avid exerciser, Gabrielle is now a fitness professional and namely a Yoga and Pilates instructor, though she is also partial to resistance training and getting as many steps as possible in her day too
